1. Introduction and Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or placing bets on the e92pro platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

3. Account Registration and Management

All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. If a phone number, payment details, or any personal information is found to be incorrect, e92pro reserves the right to suspend or close the account after review.

3.2 Security

Keep your login credentials and password secure. e92pro is not responsible for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required when making a withdrawal or when otherwise necessary. A copy of your national ID or proof of payment method may be requested. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Methods

Currently accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks regardless of method.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

e92pro strictly prohibits money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, it may be reported to the relevant authorities and the account may be suspended. The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.

4.4 Exchange Rates

All payments are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks). If you deposit in a foreign currency, the bank exchange rate will be applied and differences may occur.

5. Bonus & Promotion Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The e92pro welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount.

• Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• Example 2 — Deposit 420,000 Ks, receive a maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 620,000 Ks. You must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• The bonus is available for your first deposit only.
• Restrictions on bonus funds and withdrawals continue to apply while the bonus is active.
• Each player can claim the bonus once only. One claim per person applies to anyone sharing the same household, IP address, or payment method.
• Promotional bonuses expire once the specified period ends.

5.3 VIP Program

The e92pro VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Moving up a VIP tier involves consistent play activity and platform reviews. e92pro may update the criteria for tier advancement and will notify players accordingly.

6. Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play

e92pro is committed to fair play at all times. Games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so results cannot be predicted in advance.

6.2 Cheating Prevention

Using bots, assist programs, or any other unauthorized methods in games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

6.3 Win Limits

During promotions and bonus periods, e92pro may set a single-win limit on certain games and will notify players in advance.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If a technical error or software issue occurs during a game, e92pro will review and determine the result of that game session, and that decision is final.
